Last weekend I turned another year older and got to spend my birthday brunching and browsing at the newly redesigned Lido Marina Village in Newport Beach! It was also the perfect opportunity to snap some pics of the kiddos (which I will do any chance I can get).
I absolutely love how Amelia is obsessed with my belly. All of the kiddos are excited, but Amelia most of all. She continually wants to feel her kick and sings and talks to her. I mean, talk about melting a mama’s heart, right!?
Lido Marina Village was recently renovated and the results are gorgeous. Clean lines, lots of white with black accents, brick paths and plenty of charming little corners. Not to mention the cute boutiques and restaurants! After brunch at Zinque, we checked out the boats and strolled through the little village.
The one store I knew I couldn’t miss was Serena & Lily. With it’s laid back California cool style, I left pretty much wanting everything! I’ve had my eye on these barstools since moving into our new house, and I’m loving the embroidery on this pillow.
And while I didn’t drag my kiddos into each and every store…there are a few others I’ll definitely be spending more time in on a future solo shopping trip…include Clare V., Eberjey, Jenni Kayne and Aesop. PLUS Nobu is set to open soon! That may just have to be my celebratory “I’m no longer pregnant so can eat sushi again” spot for dinner 🙂
It was such a fun morning at Lido Marina Village, if you’re local or visiting it’s a must see!
