I promise you that these are the easiest pancakes in the world to make. They are so quick! Are they also the healthiest? Nope! Sorry! They are made with plain ol’ white flour and sugar. But you know what? They are delicious! I grew up eating them and they are my kids favorite too, so I just had to share. You can make them thinner or thicker just depending on how much milk you add. My kids prefer them to be thin. They love them with syrup (of course), but thin ones are great for ‘pancake roll-ups’ too. Just spread a little peanut butter, jam or nutella on the pancake and roll them up! Such a hit!
QUICK and EASY PANCAKES
Ingredients:
In a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a large measuring cup whisk together milk and eggs. And milk mixture to flour and stir to combine. Add more milk for a thinner pancake. Cook pancakes on a hot griddle and enjoy!!
